Possible grow problem

I started some clones a few weeks ago. They seem to be growing quite well except for one thing that has me concerned. All of the new growth only has one petal on the leaves. I've grown from clones before but never have seen this. Is this cause for concern? I have not grown a clone from this strain before and thought maybe it's normal for this strain. I am not experienced enough to know. By the way it's Afghan. Any thoughts?

That's the real deal. Have three clones and they're all doing the same thing.
Don't know what to think.

from what I have read they grow more blades as the mature but also when they need more light, maybe you have alot of light on them or you've come across a super efficient strain that will give you mega weed.

Yes, The Mother was under a 400W HPS. The clones are under plant fluros. I usually keep the clones under the fluros for a month or so before moving them into the HPS light. I have grown clones this way before with great success. Should I change my technique?

no but when you change them from a strong light to a weaker light it seems to do this because i grew my plants with cfls and then gave it to my friend because it was male and he liked the looks of it and he has it under a weaker ligth and it did the same thing....
