yeah, Zip still has Elmo from when he was a tiny thing, its missing the legs but the rest is still intact..lol
you can do it! Think of it this way..nearly everything as a positive side. Try looking for the good in each situation. Believe it or not the flip side can be surprisingly positive

long day, started seeing my old therapist again, other then her constantly asking if I would like to enter rehab it was fun. she was all happy while bringing up horrible past memories.
think it could be a good day for some outdoor cleanup but may just say fuck it get drunk call my friend and go sleep at her house for some company.

I had a Dobe that would tear up every toy except the Kong and any ball that squeaked, go figure. He'd get the ball and sit in front of me and mouth a squeak out of it every so often for a long time until I tossed it. Zip gets his tennis ball and drops it at my feet, then sits and barks at me until I either throw it or tell him to leave it alone and get on the couch. He minds better than kids..lol

They are trained to keep it unemotional..which can be really hard on the patient. Hang in there, it will get better, its the process that's the worst. Sending good vibes your way

she is a very nice person, understands a lot about me. even convinced the psyciatrist that I hate him and will just skip going again, so she hooked me up with a new oneThey are trained to keep it unemotional..which can be really hard on the patient. im add/adhd and meh dexedrine/ritalin are fun.
not sure where you live but here they have outpatient psych and therapist that are covered. most hospitals have a outpatient program and it saves compared to the 200$ i was spending at a private clinic
