Pinch em that's all ya got to do...See if they turn blue... P cyan and P. cubensis look em up and all the characteristic's they are both quite common down there.When I'm back at work, I'll take a shot of the next ones I see..
Mostly they look cream colored, like typical button shrooms. I did see some that looked like this though..
