Hey, so I've got a dimmable 400w cooltube running through a 4 x 2 x 5 tent in a 4 x 6 x 9 walk-in closet, which leads to my bedroom. All air is pulled through a 160 cfm fan to the closet.
And ends there.
Unless I'm home, which is when I can open the closet door and window.
But when I'm not home, I need to do something about this heat!
So living in a dry climate, I saw the portable air coolers that basically run on water, and raise humidity and cool temps.
But there are also those window A/Cs that literally FREEZE the the hell out of your room.
So here's what I'm wondering...
Do I get the cooler/humidifier for my interior closet?
Or keep the window A/C on 24/7 and just keep my bedroom a winterland?
Problem is, if I choose window A/C, will those cool temps affect the hot temps in the closet when the door is closed?
Probably not.....
Sigh.
