Hi,

i am about 2 and a half weeks into flowering and one of my plants is wilting. from researching on line it seems it a lack of water. but my head tells me i water them a tad too much.

i give them about half a litre every 3-4 days. 9" pots. plants about 13" tall.

one thing i have noticed is that when i water it very rarely drains through the base.
i thought about flshing them, but am worried that if it has poor drainage, i may drown the plants.

i recently re-potted as i was concerned about drainage, so i moved them to bigger pots and added a layer of pure perlite at the bottom to help.

i really am stumped as the other plant is doing great and i give them exactly the same care/water/nutes.

please please help!!

Ok well ive had drainage problems myself and sumthing that helped a lot was the perlite....except i never just put it at the bottom i mixed it through the soil thoroughly.

putting the perlite at the bottom will not help that much id say because the water could still get clogged up before it even reaches that perlite so it needs to drain through the entire pot.
How many holes are at the bottom of ur pot?

If all else is failing perhaps there is a ph problem or another kind of stress

You're not giving them enough water for 9" pots in my opinion. What's the volume on those pots?

check out how much water needed so to have some run off , u need just less than that

when u water througly w8 5-10 mins to drain the excess and check how much it weights , when ur pot feels a lot lighter its time to water
