Poor babies got burned :( help please!

Sad news today - due to circumstances I'm too ashamed to admit on a forum full of growers, the babies got a little sun (light) burned... I'm just wondering what damage control measures should be taken? The first pic is the top of one of the plants where the new growth got completely shriveled, the next one is a side branch that was LST'ed, a light fell on it and now the branch is weak and flimsy, however - as shown in the 3rd pic - the top of this branch still looks healthy.

So i'm wondering if I should cut off that branch, or will it regain its strength? Also, what (if anything) should I do about the top shown in the first pic? And third question - I was planning on starting flowering today, should I wait and give them a chance to recover from the recent trauma? Thanks for the help in advance.

By the way - the plants are all white widow and one mystery strain, growing in fox farm soil under a 250W HPS and 6 CFLs. Using Fox Farm Grow Big and soon will be using Tiger Bloom.

you've topped your plant and cauterized all in one motion all new growth will transfer to lower branches forget a main cola and just keep on schedule with watering and feeding keep an eye on temps and prox to lights plants can go into growth spurts when flowering good luck keep us informed on your progress

If you want you can cut the top off (dead leaves) it will just top your plant and give you 2 colas instead of one,(not bad) then wait a few days for it to recover then go into 12/12,,, and your golden... good luck, youll do fine....:peace:....
