Pollinating just a branch...Advise please

Title says it, I just want to pollinate just a branch of my blueberry. The males I pulled I put in another room near a window until they were ready to shoot their wad and then put them in a garbage bag---sealed.

Can I safely pollinate just a branch or nug one of my females??
I am afraid to do this without expert advise because of you know what?!?!?!?

Advise from anyone who REALLY knows is appreciated.

i've done this. there are several ways of pollenating select branches. i use a tiny paint brush. make sure you put a bread tie or something around the branch, or you could lose track of it. it's really pretty simple.

ditto, specially the tagging if your doing more than one strain of pollination.
Cover the rest of the plant temporarily with a large plastic bag so stray pollen won't drift over to the rest of the plants flowers. Cover the branch loosely with a small plastic bag after pollination and remove the big one and let the pollen do it's thing for a few hours (I like to do it during the dark cycle so I can set it apart from the other plants) Rinse off the pollen with a mister filled with plain water the next morning so it doesn't get blown off by your fan(s) and move it back to your flowering room. If the pistils turn brown within 24 hours your successful.

is what i would do is harvest all the big buds leave allthe smaller shit alone,put her some where and pollinate her.

I am only 3 weeks into flower.
How long will the pollen keep stored?
I dont want to spill any in my grow closet for fear of seeding future grows.

you can keep pollen in the freezer for months. i mix it 50/50 with flour. don't allow it to get damp/wet, or it will no longer be viable.
