I dont think anyone out of the state should be buying ads affecting Mainers, or any states peoples, on their state issues.
And people in the County don't think that people in southern Maine should have any say in their affairs. And people in the north half of Penobscot county don't think that folks in Bangor should be telling them what to do. And people in the north half of my town don't think those idiots across the tracks in the southern half have any good ideas at all about how to run the town.

We're all Americans. We all have the right to tell other Americans what we think they should do. You have the right to ignore that opinion. You don't have the right to tell the other guy he can't express it, though.

Good point, MB. I don't have a problem with money from "away" supporting this candidate or that; this particular race is for a national office after all. What I have a problem with is the dishonesty in this instance and ones like it.

IMO, all political advertisements should be followed by a fact check.
