police run in!

the fuckin cops came riding their damn quads through MY YARD and seen the couple of sprouts i had at about 5 inches tall and radioed into his 'piggy boys' who were out riding bikes and long story short... they had a set up where a quad came through my yard at the same time bikes came in from another direction, and in the opposite direction of the bikes was a cruiser sitting there. they came through and seen them but, because of no legitamite search and siezure reasons they left. but seen us moving them and tearing them outta the ground. they are fucking rediculous over here where i'm at and i have been a target for many many...months or a few years at this point. i will be moving soon, but not soon enough - what should i do? my house has already been raided prior to this with a siezure of some buds *not growing* and so they know the history. i had PLENTY of plans for this year and still do. but should i try to find a place to do an indoor operation or should i keep an outdoor going. these were just samll plants that were ready to go out to the wild. they dont stay here their whole life.... i live in the NORTH EAST. is it getting to late to start another grow? - the plants are destroyed. i ripped them outta the ground. ALL of them.

back to square one. JUNE 1st. - to late to start again or no? how long do i have?

Sue the department for unlawful trespassing and property damage to your yard.
If they are parking their cars and looking into your backyard or house, sue them for voyeurism.

Without a warrant or actions taken under do cause, they are simply breaking the law.

Also probably not a good idea to start a ganja farm at that location...

It doesn't matter what happened in the past. The police are not above the law and I am sure the department chief would want to know how (what sounds like 5 or more) officers are wasting the cities tax dollars. If you had caught any of it on camera you could have very well taken a few corrupt cops off the force, making room for more honest hard working cops that need job.

Unless you stand up for yourself, get used to being walked all over.

That's such bullshit. I think you can still start them, they should be able to finish in time it really depends on where you live.

In my experience with the law there is no winning with em... if I had heat I would shut down!!! Fuck fucking with the law! jail sucks and prison is worse... if you are moving soon I would chill. nothing but personal bud and no plants.. When ya move you still have your knowledge!!

Don't listen to these people. This isn't the former soviet union or Nazi Germany.
The reason people get walked on by the cops is because they either lose their temper or they just don't understand their rights.

they cant just come onto your property and then "happen to spot some plants" and then call a bunch more police to look at them and then leave. first of all, they shouldnt be damaging your yard with their quad. its not as though they were chasing a criminal in your backyard.

id definitely call the station and let them know about the damage to your yard (not the plants obviously)

and i probably wouldnt grow again till you move to your new place just to be safe.

do what i do i got 4 pitbulls and put up warning pitbull signs noboby comes around my house, the power company even sends me a card 4 me 2 check my own meter, if i were you i would move on the under slowly move your stuff, sence your allready hott make sure your not followed, im sure you allready know this but at your new spot no police contact and dont show any1 where you live

I'm with the group who's saying the popo is breaking the law. I'd call a lawyer, spell out the facts and get an answer to your problem. I wouldn't grow in the current location regardless of the law, but I would get satisfaction.

Put up some fucking trip wires and then get an attorney...maybe an electric fence too.

they are completely right. you need to speak your rights, and don't loose your temper. be as calm as you can. cops can't come on your property without probable cause ("witness" or "they catch you"). if they catch you ("see you doing something illegal in plain sight" or "if the cop can stand on the sidewalk and look into your yard and see the MJ") then they have probable cause which they need to get a search warrant, and can usually be obtained immediately once they have probable cause. and, if they caught you before and you're on probation then they have probable cause. as long as long as you don't get caught engaged in criminal activity they have no right to be on your property.

Whether you decide to fight the system or not I wouldn't take a risk on more plants on your property. I would keep them inside.

You're still planning on growing after the police saw you growing?

if your to hot to grow it or move it.....get a job and wait a few years....
