PM or thrips

this is a picture of a leaf from a mother plant in soil,to me it looks like thrips i need some advice,is that it or maybe powdery m

I am currently under attack for thrips. My leaves look very similar. You will see very small (half the thickness of sewing thread) off white little fuckers moving on your leaves. Look at the top of and underneath the leaf. If you see them, go get some neem oil and follow the directions. You can get a fogger if that is an option for you. They are hard to get rid of (at least for me they have been). I am moving to a bigger room and I am going to use the fogger I got.

it doesn't look like anything of the two. I see no thrips, which I have had. They hide in the veins if the leaf tops, so i see none of those, and I just had a outbreak of PM. I think it is something else.

what is it,i dont see any thrips either
