k so here is the deal. i am growing some plants medically. i got powdery mildew because my humidity was too high. so i got a de-humidifier. i set the de-humidifier at 50% humidity. the stuff is still spreading.. slowly, but still spreading. i have been using milk and that clears it up, but then it jumps to a new leaf. i reset the humidity at 40% and i am hoping with the milk it should clear the problem up. i want to wait to flower until i have this problem under control because i dont want gross smelling and tasting buds and because i just want healthy plants.

my main question is what humidity should i set the room at? its now at 40% as of 5 hours ago. so i know i gotta wait a while. Should i set it lower? what is a good humidity to help clear up mildew? and i have heard a lot about milk killing powdery mildew. any thoughts on this? i greatly appreciate it.

(by the way, the dehumidifier i bought has really suprised me.. it pulls so much water from the air. it also will drop the humidity by 10% in about 3 hours in a 16x9 room. its a plug in one. not those stupid pellets haha.)

try to get your humidity to 35% not just for the mold but because you will do better in flowering. Get a sulfur burner if you can afford it. 130 dollars is wat i paid for mine. the milk works well but I use the milk first then I burn sulfur in my grow room for 3 hours a day for a week with a towel under the door and your exhaust fan off. your mold with vanish
