im using a big bucket as the container, ... the misters have about 8inches distance to the top surface that plants will be.. is this ok?

Yes if you use a decent pump. 8 is a little fat but it should work ok. When the top is off and pump is on, your hand should get wet when held at the level the bottoms of your net cups, neoprene discs etc. are to be when in operation.

it even pours out from the bucket to around it on the ground

im using a 2000 L/hour pump, and installed 15 misters in a rounded circle , using the normal pipe... i think i should decrease the numbers of misters to get the water more Sprayed?

Im new to this, so please forgive me for jumping in :x

Wouldnt it be just as good to set up a pump with one 360 degree spin sprayer on it to go all the time? Thats what im planning on setting up after vacation, heard it works as well as most commercial cloners.

Am I wrong? Or would this setup not be considered aerogardening?

Thanks :)
