I am in the 3rd week of grow I am using DWC 5gallon buckets with the net pot built into the lid, I am using 4 54w T5 bulbs. A friend was helping me change out the water in my res. he took the plants and placed them in a bucket full of un-ph'd water. The plant was in there for a good 20min or so. When I realized what he did I quickly flush the plant with ph'd water twice then placed it back in the bukcet.

It has been 4 days now and the plant had not yet perked up, leaves are good color but they are just drooped down. What can I do or is it too late.

Thanks

It'll be OK, it's a weed, not an Orchid. Apologize to friend if you overreacted. You'll be fine.

^ I second that, you are over reacting. I flush all my plants with UNPHed water with no problems. So if that plant is looking bad you might have another problem.

its not to late, ive left plants in unPHed water for hours before remembering lol, i would be suprised if its actually stunted from that. make sure its getting enough air to the roots and not overwatered. one thing to remember the plants are durable their not made of glass lol ive seen plants come back from crazy damage so a little high ph water isnt going to kill them. when i was first getting going i would worry so much about stunting from something small, but no worries they should recover

EL95, Glad to know you're plants will be fine.
Your post came at a good time for me.
I am going to do my first res change tonight and was wondering the same thing about ph'ing the water.
Also about temps when changing and flushing ?
