organic soil just got them from the club and transplanted in 2 gallion pots. 600 watt hps 6 inch vented hood temp at 72-80 humidity at 40%. ph 6.0 Help!!!!

put it under a fluorescent for a bit til it starts to grow again...only water when soil dries out, to avoid over-watering...try to get humidity higher...60%+ misting or a pail/bucket of water with an air-stone in it ....inside your area will also help raise humidity.

The problem is in the medium, you've got purple stems, pail leaves and, twisted growth.. fits good with an acidic soil.. so I'd transplant to a better mix, and if possible to a smaller pot.

didnt you say you JUST got the clone? so what did it look like when you got it? does it look worse now or is that what it already looked like?

Its the third of forth time I see the same issue in the last 30 minutes.

your humidity is too low. put a clear plastic bottle with the neck cut out over the plant as a humidity dome for a week and it should look better by tomorrow.

Why is it so small or odd shaped. Was it a clone or something? I am fairly new to this. A 600 watt came with my tent. But I felt it was too hot. Especially when they are so young. Got myself a 400 watt. Maybe even get a cfl. I don't know alot. But that sounds very warm to me.

in all the years ive been growing i never have had a problem with to little humidity , on the coast i got many related humidity problems,,,,here on the prairies our relative humidity gets to below 10 percent in winter..never had a problem here....anyway if there is some humidity issues im unaware of ..i would love to know.....new to the prairies...!

1. clones get used to very high humidity when they are awaiting rooting. the stress from the RH difference can easily kill a clone.
2. when there aren't many roots the plants uses the humidity as a water source. this is good for you when they are very little.
3. getting a humidity below 10% RH is pretty hard when you use pots with quite a bit of water and surface area. that low humidity can really help a flowering plant fill with frost.

calcium deficiency? need salt?

doesn't seem deformed enough for Ca def. but 20% tap water should give you enough cal-mag to make sure of that.

check you pH.

root disease? like a fungus or pythium? Mosaic Tobacco virus? can't really say what's wrong but I'm pretty sure is in the soil and so check the PH!

micro nute def. add half a vitamin pill to the water.
