please help!!!!!!!!

why my plants are coming too much tall .its the first week after i germinated the seeds and they are under a fluorcent lamp the tempreture is 20

some body can help me plz!!

They aren't getting enough light. The average household fluorescent only supports healthy plant growth a few inches from the bulb. Get a fan blowing lightly on them. The airflow will encourage thicker stems and allow the plants to get closer to the light without heat problems.

i would transplant them into new pots and bury your stem like 3/4

Geetee is correct about them needing to be transplanted into larger containers.

yep ... they are stretched out reaching for your light .. floros need to real close to do any good . The previous post are right about needing to transplant soon .. almost to the bottom leaves. If you wait to long ... these are close to falling over and will soon .

They are stretched because they are too far from your light & im also sure not enough light. Try repotting them & burying the stem. Also add more light & keep the light close to the plants. Flouro's can be 1-2 inches away & they should be ok. Just keep some air flow on your plants & bulbs.

can i cut the plant from the middle? the flower will regrow?

i would take the advise from above posts an re pot lowering the stem get more cfls an get them on them litterally right on them plants after transplanting if still you got lots of stem i would LST them but dam dude lower your lights like right on them

if you like cut them about 2" from the dirt this will allow you to have something to grab onto in about a weeks time to pull out of soil ))

ROLF ... that just made my day ... happen to be going through old post and hadn't followed on this one , glad I did
