hey, heres my question, im setting up a grow room, 6ft by 8 ft but ive only got 6.5 ft of height from floor to ceiling, would a 1000 w hps burn the tops? would it be better to go for maybee two 600 w hps? and how many plant would be a good amount for this room? any help would be much appreciated

seems to much for your head room unless your using a good exhaust fan i had problem's with 2x 600w hps and my head height is a little higher had to take one down and use 1x 600 instead i will eventually add it but not without a more powerful exhaust fan any more q's feel 3 to ask :peace:

About same size i have,
I went with 2 600watters


exhaust fans are 100mm and do me fine
iam tryin to upload some pix but all i get is The action that you were trying to perform has failed.

ill try again in a few mins

ive now moved exhaust filters the the side and lights all the way up.
All is very good.

why do i feel happy whn i see hps's?, its like simple mathamatics
(grower+hps+exhaugst= top dollar bud) looking good bro them nugs are gunna be as hard as rock's all the best​
