please help with using grow bags????

what would be the best way to catch the water that drains from grow bags im doing a indoor soil grow in 3gal grow bags, should i build a frame and put in a pond liner and just set the plants on the pond liner, the water will never get more then a inch in a 15/15ft area. any suggestions on how to catch the runoff from the grow bags without buying suacers for each bag????
 
It would be alot easier to spend $20 for a few saucers, I would think? You can buy 25 of them on Ebay for $30, and 10 for like $15. :)
 
Saucers for 15ft x 15ft? Thats a lot.

Me? I'd go the frame route and even tilt it with a drain in the corner. Only need a degree or two of tilt. You really don't want the roots sitting in water.

I basically did this with an old tote lid. Heated up a nickel and let it melt its way through. Gave a nice drain port. (was only for 6 plants)
 
Holy crap, 200 plants? :shock: I guess that isn't so shocking, now that i think about it. Yeah, it would probably be better to go with the liner idea. :)

thats what sum one else told me, dammit i already bought the pond liner it was expensive 130 for a 15/13 piece. i walked right by the shower liner stuff and saw it was cheaper, didnt think it would hold up as well as the pond liner stuff but i bet it smelled better.....

Also could build the wooden frame and fiberglass it. How tough does it need to be? Only using grow bags, not barbed wired based pots.
