PLEASE HELP will this blow up or supplement c02

Like the title says really. Got this for £10 full aswel and in date by a year.

I know it not 100% c02 but with a c02 ppm air meter I can still keep the levels in my sealed grow above 800ppm with no explosions right ?

Worried like when lights turn on etc

Idk bud sounds interesting i dont think co2 is flammable but dont hold me to it lol google it u obviously have a computer.....
