Please Help! Small Plants

is there anyway my plants wont get so big because i really dont want them that big and is there a way to premature them

Topping is good as you stop height and create width. When you top once the plant will grow two main colas.

What exactly is topping? I was told that in order to stop heigth and promote width that you cut the stem at an angle- stem of a leaf - and nothing is happening. Not only am i getting brown on the end of the trimmed stems, but on the leaves as well....

I would say go on google and type in topping there are some good articles on it..

Low stress training - bending the plant and tieing it down

Topping/pinching pinching or scissoring the top (main stem) makes it get wider with two main colas only thing is this causes alot of stress on the plant

The browning on the tip of the stem is normal, the plant is healing itself... don't pick the scab off... lol.
