Please help!!! Seedlings leafs curling

What's up everyone. I'm growing 1 northern lights x big bud and 1 northern light blue, they are 2 weeks old I'm growing them in fox farm ocean forest with perlite I'm using purified water from the store. they are each under 2 18w cfls. They were both doing fine but about 2 days ago 1 of the plants all the leafs started to curl. I don't have any idea why, can u guys help out I'm a noobie. Thanks in advance. O and thay each have 4 nodes already

First off your going to need alot more light then 2 18w CFL's. And are they changing color? Also you still want to keep the lighting a few inches from the plant. You dont want it to close.

either overfeeding or overwatering, just guesses as you provided next to nothing as to what your doing to them.
4 nodes after 2 weeks is very good progress BTW. I usually top the next node out.

you count ech side seperate cause i never had no 4 nodes in 2 weeks

to start ff soil to strong for seedlings should be starter soil (nutin in it humis pearlite and shit no food)

if you feedin in in ff soil that has shit in it to last for month guess what -yep

i give nutin but water first 2 weeks then i start 1/4 food alternat wit water on a wvery other basses --food,dry,water,dry,.....

i do all this on the heating pad til transplant normally around week 5

I'm going to add more when they get bigger than I'm useing my 150w hps with 8 cfls. And no their not changing color.
