please help seedlings bent over and leaves drooping down

can some one please help one of my seelings is bent over and the leaves are bending down, i have just changed my light to a 250w cfl and had a couple of inches off me tall plant, one of my other plant has bent over and the leaves are bending down i am watering when the soil gets dry (every day) my water has a ph of 6.8 and is distilled, my tall plant has its first round leaves going yellow and its leavs are bending a bit can someone please help me ? i am not useing nutes yet.

pics would help but sounds like over waterd. let the soil dry outsome.check by sticking your finger in the soil up to your 2nd knuckle and if its dry water.:hump:

you need a wet and dry cycle

feel the weight of the pots

only water when the pot feels real real light

The others are doing fine, except streching for light. I don't think its over water? I think its a bad seed/start. Let her go.....

it has happened before, but i gave it plant food when it was a week old i thought that was the cause, but this one hasnt had any food just water thanks for your replays

first of all ....dont water so much:) second... seems your lights are to high....the seedlings are stretching.....hope you fix your probs:)

I would repot and bury those seedlings all the way down to the first leaves....well not that much, but you get the idea:)

its not overwatering thats doing it like we all thought at first, your light is too far away those are stretched horribley. like was said b4 transplant deeper so the lowest true leaves (not them little round ones....they dont matter at all anymore they die off after the first few sets of true leaves are formed) are about 1 cm above the soil
