Please help me...PLEASE!!!!!!

Okay...I have a couple questions...I have been studying and researching and browsing, and just about everything else there is for growing for a long long time now. I've watched countless videos, "see more buds", jorge cervates videos, hight times videos, sea of green videos, etc...etc...etc. I have also read all kinds of books, and forums, and tutorials on growing...lol...

I have come up with my "plan" for growing, but need a few answers...I am going to get some 600 watters with the Lumatek digital ballasts...I am going to have Co2, great exhaust, the works, and I will be using the "Bio-Bucket" methos for the flowering room. I will have a great set-up thanx to forum research and everything else..I thank all who have helped me so far...

My first question-----> I want to get a good strain, one I havent decided on yet, looking into the ak straind and the big bud strains, but cant figure out how many plants to put...I watch videos and forums where someone has a whole bunch of plants, and then another with the same wattage uses only a few, and I understand both methods work very well, but what is the better way? I cant figure that out for the life of me...I'll have a clone room, so if I need a lot, it can be done, but I cant figure out which way to go here...one video, a kid had 2400 watts with 300 damn planys, and another video had a guy with 2400 watts, and 24 plants. They both did well...but which would be better? I'll have either 4- 3x3 spaces, or 1- 8x8 space for the flowering...It looks like I will do a perpetual grow instead of one main grow and harvest...please someone help me here with this question...a lot of plants, or a few?
Thank you to anyone who is taking the time to read this and help me...it is greatly appreciated.

My second question is this-----> If I have 4-600 watters goin on for flowering, what size would be a good MH light for the mothers,? I realize this all depends on my first question, due to how many clones and all that, but what would be an ideal size bulb for the mamas and the veggies? I was hoping a 400 watter would be good enough for this, but need some input, cuz like I said, I have watched and read so much that contardict each other...

Again, thank you to anyone for helping me here....if it wasnt for the online forums, i wouldnt know half as much as i do now...I look forward to hearing from you all...thank you...and happy growing to all....

id grow 2 or 3 strong mothers weed out the females and take clones from there. i mean you could go all out but it would be best to get a feel for things you know what i mean

yeah man..i appreciate it what you said..my plan is to start small with only one light hooked up, and clone from there, and learn some knowledge, and then hook up the other 3, but this is where i am stuck...i am going to make the "biobucket" setup...now if i have only a few plants, the buckets would be a lot larger than is i had a lot more plants...then, the buckets would obviously be a lot smaller, and leave more space, and the opposite for big buckets..

is a "biobucket" some hydro DWC or some thing. i cant really help you there because im hydro-illiterate.

but +reps for being a noob but have done your research and know your shit already

for a first grow id really sugest doing a soil grow, because its alot simpler and more forgiving for a new grower. id start your moms in soil, then start clones in rockwools or coco and go hydro from there

kaleoxxx---thanks for that man...like i said to oldskool...i wanna do this the way that i have been looking into....not start with dirt, and then change eveything down the road...i have studied numerous gardens that work great for this....i just have a few loose end i need to figure out before i jump in man...i really appreciate your advice bro....4 real....i just cant figure out the number of plants to go with.....im sure ill be back on here a million more times once i do start this, but for now, i need to at least figure out the number of plants, so i know what to build man....

id go for 3 -5 unless you really want to grow a dozen + plants
yeah...see i realize that the 1000 watters penetrate deeper into gardens, and therefore, maybe less plants, which would be bigger would be good for that..but i have the 600's and i figured maybe more plants that are less as high would be good...i keep thinkin 3-6 plants under each light, but then again, the 600's dont penetrate the way the 1000's would if the plants were3-6 and bigger and higher-so im thuinkin do more due to that...i am goin around to a lot of different forums online tryna get feedback for this man.,...i just cant decide...i like your idea of 3-5 plants, but maybe they will grow too hgh for a 600 watter....im confused man..lol...thats normal for me though...lol....i love the feedback though...really....it helps man...

maybe veg under the 600 watter and flower under the 1000 while a new set begins (a bit later) under the 600 again

height not a prob.
1) tie them down
2) Use a sup like boontabud.

That stops upward growth but not outward. It is a flower sup though. Don't know if a veg version is available. As for plants i would do 1 per light Or 2 until they get bigger. That's just me though "hydro" isn't really hydro anymore. All depends on grow medium and what and how you feed. Huge differnce between coco and pearlite.:peace:

i think the main thing you need to think is about LAW. You get in more shit if you get done with sog compared to a few plants. Either way make sure your filter covers your tracks!
