please help male / female

hey folks im a lil concerned im 3 1/2 weeks into flower and just under where the buds are attached to the stem of the plant there is a little tear drop shaped growth with one and some have two white hairs growing out of it soooo is it male / female good bad please help thankyou for your time and understanding

just wondering, are you aware males dont make buds and are basically worthless(actually they are even worse, they'll seed your buds to shit,lol)? the bud is the caylxes and bud(sugar) leaves of a female plant dried.

i looked for pictures of this but i thought maybe i was getting hermi or somthing like that it was freeking me out becuse they are on all 32 plants i lost my jo and took all my savings and jumped into this thanks for the link and help seting me at ease

whats your current setup? i'll help you look over your setup what i can and all that but i need to know more, maybe a pic of the grow area would be nice too. what kind of light?how much are you watering and how often? ph? temps? soil type? container size? feeding-how much and how often?- take some pics of your grow area from different angles and put em up.

i got 32 of my 36 clones to root and grow the raped root plugs is what i use and then the pots on the 4x8 table are full of hydrotron

why are your pictures so low quality? plus the first picture is so blurry no one can tell if its balls or a pistol so id suggest getting a better camera and uploadin some high quality pics of the plants. id try to help but i cant make anything out.
