Not too sure what insect it is, bug ladybugs are a good defense against most predators you will encounter. Better as a preventative measure, but they will eat bugs they find, but it has to be an enclosed environment for it to work properly. Release a few at a time, maybe 100 or so out of the 3,000 or whatever you can get. Keep the rest in the refrigerator in the container. Monitor the pest activity after the release. If pests persist, release more ladybugs after a couple of days. The ones in the grow area will require water to stay alive, so foliar spray as much as you can with water if humidity isn't an issue.

Is there anything I can spray during flower ? I’m week 5 of 12&12
I would advise against spraying. The trichomes would most likely absorb whatever is sprayed. Ladybugs saved my ass during late flower a couple of years ago. Noticed webbing forming on the buds, took a microscope and seen spider mites. Went to eBay, typed in ladybugs, $7.99 with free shipping. 24 hour delivery I believe. Took around 2 weeks before I didn't notice anymore. Also, defoliating sickly leaves, ones that are covering bud sights is recommended for pest control, as well as lowering humidity/increasing yield. Just don't over do it during flower. Only remove leaves from the bottom/covering buds/sickly leaves

Captain jack’s Deadbug brew ( hardware stores / nursery ) SPINOSAD safe for full grow.

You can also make a simple insecticidal soap ....

1. Rubbing Alcohol ( 70% ) mixed 3:1 with water - 2-3 drops of non scented dish soap in spray bottle. Safe for plants.
Alcohol will evaporate off quickly ( within minutes ) but provides quick, clean knockdown. Easy to keep repeating treatment as
it is ready to use. MY “ go to “ mix for ANY bug bastards lurking my garden.
My NUCLEAR mix is straight alcohol in mister ..... it quickly kills and vapes off before your eyes !
It will Kill mites , fungus gnats , thrips ........

BUT ......... Use on Fan leaf , stalk , stems and top soil .

2. Lemon juice .... acidic quality neutralizes them. But test on a leaf or two first.
3. Vinegar and water spray ...... Vinegar works well but be careful not to spray buds ... 3 parts water to 1 part vinegar , can bump up if desired.
4. Yellow Sticky traps - GET THESE ..... they attract them and easily used ( also with above methods ) .

If plants are mobile ( easily pulled ) .... spray down with a good mist pressure to blast the little fuckers off ( to drop the numbers of them ) then when plant dries off BEGIN one of the above to get some control .
