If you are in the UK you have all kinds of options. Midweek Song and Attitudes are two very reliable and trustworthy seed banks to use. I have been ordering seeds online for many, many years now.

TSSC (Single Seed Centre) www.worldwide-marijuana-seeds.com/ is also based out of the UK, I like them because they offer a 10% discount for paying with bitcoin. Never had any issues with them and shipping to the US is even pretty quick.
