[Please Help]Getting the most out of my space

I have a 3x3' wardrobe that I'm working with. It is 6' tall. My friend is giving me a 250w MH. I was going to use this as my veg and flower bulb. I have a couple of questions for you guys. What growing method should I use if any? SOG, SCROG, Lollypop, LST? He thinks I should bonsai the plants and have around 6 or so. My other question is, should I buy another bulb? I was thinking of flowering with the MH bulb I had and another hps I haven't bought yet(particularly the 20$ 150w hps). Any suggestions and answers to questions is greatly appreciated.

One more thing. I've read about vegging from 12/12? Is this a viable solution?

yes if you want a bunch of small plants you can flower them from the get go. and yea you can grow with a mh light but hps is better imo. i use a hps for veg and flwoer

ok heres what i'd do. i'd start with 18 seeds veg them and when u sex them hope for 9 females, that's one plant/square foot. its pretty much sog style. thats how you'd get the most out of the space. and yes go with the hps for flower. if u get the hps soon, use the hps and mh together for the whole thing. i'm talkin about in soil
