after hours of doing this i finally have something acceptable. thanks guys, its all about that muffin rise and deflate. It never pops though, I was under the assumption it did

On the muffin. I let mine muffin up and then allow air to enter, making it stop inflating, and actually causing it to deflate. I do this a few times until it eventually collapses on itself and begins to roll and boil.

I do the exact same thing...^^
Except I don't turn up my temps. 115° max.
There are occasions where a different strain will provide a different level of viscosity which must be compensated for.
Such as turning up the heat.(or lowering)
I think letting fresh air in helps the gas escape.
Inflating and deflating those stubborn bubbles at 115°..then lock the vac..the bubble will be void, and a hole will replace the bubble.
Holes are a good indication that you are removing solvent.
