Please help confirm

Hey all,

Curious if someone could help me with a problem.

This is my first grow. Decided on 5 snowryder autoflowering plants. all 5 sprouted and 1 turned out to be male and he was immediately removed.
setup is....

2 gallon pots with foxfarm ocean forest soil
9 x 26w cfl placed no farther than 3 inches ( 7 @ 2700k and 2 @ 6500k
100cfm intake and 120cfm outtake through a carbon air filter.

temps are often 75-80 with humidity of 35-45% ph in soil is about 6.8-7

plants sprouted on the 26th of August so they are about a month old. i havent given them any nutrients yet, and they have been watered about 3 times so far and they are about due again.

question is one of them ( the one that was growing faster than the others ) has slowed both growth and flowering, and the leaves ( starting at bottom ) have begun to yellow then shrivel and dry. the second most eager plant has now passed him in both growth and flowering, and i am wondering if this is because i need to finally feed it?

planning on getting him some nitrogen rich food tomorrow let me know if i am wrong lol

here is the plant -
