please help ak/48 soil grow...!!its falling

my starter light has been on for 24hours a day stright for 2weeks now today is the 24th and as you can see in the pic my plant is is leaned over..what do i do??its in fox farm ocean forest soil..i have a 400watt light/ballister so now what ???

Prop it up with some soil

tie it to a stick or something to get it to stand up right, and put a fan on it
