Please check me OUT! Cab Design, Light, Seeds, GROW!

I have absolutely thought about it... but I don't have 700-900 to spend to get the yield I can get with my 400 or 600 HPS.. but I would absolutely love to run LED to get rid of my heat signature. maybe sometime I will do you know of a good light that would be just as good at a better price?

theres ALOT of argument over which LED is the best..... But from what ive read and experienced myself... blackstars are great. You can get the 3W diodes. a 500w will run you about 300-500$. Kinda high up there, BUT there is NO HEAT.

now in reality what is a 500 watt LED comparable to in an HID light??

it is with the amount of babies your using, ive read/seen guys use the 500w over 5 plants and get 3-7oz a plant, but they were experienced growers. I still can't tell you that you will get as large a supply of buds from the led as you would with HID, but it will be damn close +/- 5% and will save on electricity b/c u wont be pumping out so much heat.

- mom is doing much better since my last post about her, she got on some adrenal gland herbal medicine and it has helped ur alot. She is now medicating with "run 4 the cure" oil as well.

*got luv for adams work, i know most ppl will hate on THseeds but ive never had any probs w/ the beans.. nice plants

yeah loving it... officially have 20 clones from the sage plant... my fear is it is a male... I have four clones that are in 12/12 been 3 days I should see some sexing going on here in the next few days... I will cry if it is a male... oh well got a few other FEM seeds started for mother plants! super stoked

@mattman- man I will have to seriously think about getting an LED... if it is seriously only +/- 5% it would totally be worth it! BTW really glad to hear mom is doing better! she is in my thoughts brother.

LEDS have come a long way, with the 3w diodes very close to hps.

yeah man wife gave me the thumbs up on the LED so I am going to be doing lots and lots of research on the different companies and will absolutely go overkill with it. be prepared to see some awesomeness coming down the line..

anyways seriously looking into getting 2 500 Watt Blackstar LED lights and then I will do T5 lighting around the sides of the tent more light for less heat and operating cost... yes please haha

Im actually buying 1 500w to go with my two 100w blackstars after this round of cactus finishes up! Really can't wait, I think my two 100w are going to yield anywhere from 6-11 oz's of fruit off these bad boys!

So I have been delaying on getting a magnifying glass cause I thought I still had a few weeks left but got one today and was checking out my dwarf red and she is 75% amber in the tricomb's even though the hairs were 25% red she was kind of a late harvest but chopped her today.

wet weight was 129 not bad for a 10" tall plant! and let me tell you these things are like rocks... super hard and super resinous! after she drys for about a week and cures or two more... god it seems like it never ends lol

Dude that's awesome and so true, it does feel endless. I still have like 2-3 months left after 3 months already. Oh man. But it's eel worth the wait/weight lol. Can't wait to see pics if the harvest! Kudos man!

yeah should be dry and going into a jar tomorrow! first time ever drying curing seems to be going pretty good!

redesigned my cab... its running so great now... I have my intake fan directly connected to the a/c I have two 400 Watt HPS running... its looking great. Temps never get above 80 cause of the AC being pumped directly in... its awesome.
