By the time you buy everything needed to make that function as a home made chiller you could buy a legit chiller , with warranty .

If your interested in cost effective rez cooling think geothermal using copper tubing as the heat sink .

If you mean power supply and pumps. I have a milk crate of various power supply and I have many pumps from my aquariums and yes I have flow control valve as well as a digital thermostat control with probe. So will this work?

So you're just trying to repurpose the chilled rez to chill another rez, I get it sorry. I don't see a problem with it besides it being less efficient. But maybe some folks with more experience can opine.

No I am just pumping the water out of my tank to the chiller back in tank. I run 4 pots in one 30"x30"12" deep tank

yes
I have it all laying around
I see what you mean now. I thought these got plugged in and worked like a peltier unit. I think I am just going to try and fix my other chiller. the compressor comes on but doesn't cool. I need to get a tap kit and a charge kit. I found a chiller on ebay for 130.00 shipped for a 1/15 hp. I think I am just going to try and repair my TECO RA 200 unit. I have another unit that is rough looking but works great! If that doesn't work I have an apt sized refrigerator. I was wondering if I put this coil in the freezer area and just drill through the fridge to get the lines in and back out. The digital temp controllers I use are like 8.00 and come with probe. they are on ebay. You can even fine tune the parameters so not to slug the compressor but in this application I would just hook the pump to the relay on the controller so that turns on and off instead of the refrigerator. Any thoughts? I'm looking to spend under 100 bux on fashioning a chiller for the second tent. Here is the coil I would like to use. http://www.ebay.com/itm/wort-chiller-water-coil-stainless-w-brass-fittings-5002964-/141542763907?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20f49b2d83
