Im in my 3 week now and they have been making leaps and bonds, seriously im not joking crazy amounts of growth.
Due to this i re-potted them a week ago and haven't seen much growth since then ?
am i right in thinking the roots are just taking hold and soon as that is done they'll be back on their rapid growth ?

i grew them in the plastic cups for simple ease (when ready to take out cut the cup down each side) and i think it helped a lot

You are thinking correctly. Most strains (most plants in general) will take a little bit to show top-growth after transplant, as the roots take a little bit to do some stretching.

Haven't been on for a while so just and update for you all... Its bad.. I went away for the weekend and entrusted my brother to look after them, he failed at this simple task and now have some fucked plants on my hands and just not the proper time to care for them.

4 of the 5 have showed extreme leaf twisting (curling on itself, facing sideways & facing the steam) and horried signs of either ph damage or no nitrogen. Some leaves turned yellow dried and died, all leaves are dry to the touch and feel britel. The plants were left outside (poor sun coverage) but as we've just had the hottest summer in 20 years that was alright but the weather has snapped so I have lost hope for the later 4 plants.

The 5th on the other hand is a hard one, been in the same condictions as its sisters, everything has been the same yet this one has only 4 levels (or courses as I like to call them) of leaves yet its sisters are on 7 or 6, the 5th has none of the twisting and but does have yellowing and dried leaves ?

I have taken this one back into wardrobe and left the 4 to my brothers doing. I will post pics tomo as can't on my phone!
Does anyone know what the fuck is going on?

Might have been burned by the sun, lack of water, could be a number of things. All hope is not lost, I've seen some plants come back from big time abuse. Had a, "not supposed to be a clone" left overs sitting in water. They rooted, so I planted them. One only had on crusty leaf. I didn't give up on her, and nearly a month later she started growing new leaves, is a freakin' monster now.

They are very tough plants. Will be watching for those pictures.

Is there white spots on the leaves? Like a shiny sheen? :o ...the twisted, curling in on itself, and all that you said it sound like aphids:wall: ...all is not lost, look for little "shadows" on your leaves as aphids can be almost transparent...."if" you find any, mix 2 tblspns of garlic salt powder to a quart of water add a tblspn of "REAL" soap NOT detergent but real soap...lol...did I mention it has to be real soap not detergent  ...mix this well and put into a spray bottle and spray "well" I mean soak that shit, soil too, and then lights out after so no burn occurs, make sure you have a small fan blowing on them to dry them faster and you should have no prob...except more light and CFLs should be about 2 inches from the plant....good luck Turk and welcome to RIU

ive herd of that type of thing happening before, its just very very disheartening when ive come home from a weekend away and found this on my hands, ive lost near on 50% of leaves on some plants as you'll see.

naa there isnt any white spots and aphids im not to sure about, i had a scare of mites a couple weeks back so inspect them daily with a torch so i can see any shadows cast by any little shit that thinks its cool to set up home on my plants. but this seems worth a try and as im assuming it does no harm to the plants it any only do it good, as youll see in the pics they are very unhappy and im noting very very slow growth as im in my 6th week now.

Well actually from your new pics it looks like a Mag def....have you been feeding anything? If not get some nutrients and start at 1/4 strentgh and work up from there...if you don't have Cal-Mag, you can use tap water left out over night and some Epsom Salts...mix a teaspoon of epsom with a gal of water and see how she reacts...now don't do too much at once as she will take a few days (3) to show if anything has helped....I would start with mild nutes and epsom and leave her alone for 3 days and she should be alright...good luck man

And also...are you using CFLs? If so put them lights like 2 inches on top and on the sides....I no longer use CFLs, but I did, and it makes all the difference in the world on how they stretch...you want them nodes tight and no stretch so when it goes into flower there's limited stretch, sometimes it'll grow about twice it's size in flower dependeing on the strain...good luck man...keep me informed and I'll help all I can dude...

didnt even realise you had commented ! sorry mate, yeah im using CF's. ive only got two 35's at the mo due to having the sneak everything into my house but after this week im going full out on this as i dont care for the smoke any more just the knowledge and experience im going to gain from growing these lovelys. ive got the two lights on either side of the plant (3inches away) and after this weeks pay there will be another two in there on the sides as you said.

i have brought some cal-mag (well the British version) and i put one drop (half ml) into a litre with 2 ml tom feed, ill attach some more photos as the girlfriend was round at the weekend and was able to take MUCH better pics :)

the pic thats 49kb is the plant that is being grown in the wardrobe. since bringing this one (Named after myself Turkilton) inside ive had her on a 24 cycle as im trying to maximise the growth, she has strated to droop on the leaves, i dont think this is over watering as i have just been starving her for a couple days but more down to the steams not be strong enough. the temp inside the room is a toasty 30C now so im a happy camper ive got it spot on with the need of vents :)

86 f/30 c is too hot... you are causing your plants issues with this temp... When you went away for the weekend, and came back, it was not your brothers fault, it happened, one week earlier... What your plant shows today, happened a week ago.... not last night... Lower your heat quickly, your plants will thank-you for it... Very young plants seem to be able to handle the heat better... my clones do not have issue with 86f...and I am guessing, that it was over, way over 30 c.... for a while in your box... I gotta a hot box.... but it's not where I grow... Add cooling, or better exhaust, and a few more CFL's... Good Luck!

the heat has only just started to turn up due to heating in the house so the problem with the plants when i went away wasnt heat stress or anything of the sort, the plants that fucked while i was away have now come back to great health, ive been trying to aim for 25C but i work 9 hours a day and no one at home to reg the temp for me so i only know once the damage is done. :(

ill try a find a way of cooling down the wardrobe and ill get back to you on how well its been going :)

one more thing, can people have a look at the pic where my playaz hat is in it and have a look at the bottom of the plants and where the stems come out of the main one. i have had growth of leaves (three fingers) out of where the stems of leaves meet the main stem. ive been in fear of sounding stupid for asking but i asked a mate and he said maybe (as they are out doors and its september) that they tried to go into flowering then pulled out and went back into veg. help!?! ill try and post pics.

I'm sure you've figured out it didn't try to flower yet. Just keep them in the same environment. Its better that moving them around I think. 24/0 stimulated plant growth but 18/6 will help the roots a bit more I think. Either way its fine. Write dyna-gro and ask for some samples. 1/4 teaspoon per gallon and they will send you 2 bottles at 11 oz each for free! I'm loving the stuff. I got a bottle of their folliage pro and grow formulas. The foliage pro turned a sick ak48 around really quick. And it exploded with growth. Good luck.
