Plants Seem Small

Im worried about my plants , compared to other one in videos ect. They are small , Im using 70/30 Coco coir /perlite, Coco Sensi Grow at half dosage. got a 400 watt bulb over them about 20 inches way , Idk if i should change of add more nuts, They dont look nute burned but the cot. lesves are drying out ,New growth looks good but everything seems tiny ,I Water every 2 days one time nut. and one time pure ph water , Everytime I water i do it until i get a little runnoff Temp is always between 70 -78 Fs, Humidity is always feom 35 - 50

Yea sometimes i just water until the top is not dry anymore, I was thinking about letting it dry out more but im scared because i read that Coco dries faster than regular soil

You say coco and perlite. I grow in straight coco. Try giving them small feeds a few times a day.

Doesn't 20 Inchs seem low for plants that size? Maybe you are burning them from the light being to close

It seems as though the root system is struggling. The key to vigorous veg growth is a well established root system. When I seem to have struggling plants I hit them with Canna's Rhizotonic. Stimulates root growth quite well. Recently they came out with a "Bio Rhizo" which meets organic farming requirements if that suites you more.

Mind you with a struggling root system, there is most likely dead roots as well. Before applying Rhizo, I would maybe consider a application of Cannazym. Cannazym is an enzyme that breaks down dead roots/activates beneficial micro-organisms as well as increasing nutrient uptake by the plant.

When I use these products, I have noticeable effects 2-3 days later. Plants seem to blow up in new growth, as well as feed more.

35 days from sprout that's tiny, your overwatering, bad soil drainage, my babies after a week are bigger than that

In coco you have to water everyday 1 -2 time a day for explosive growth.
If light is not burning your plant like t5 move it closer more lux

Try buying great white... It'll help with your root system and if you happen to have root rot then it'll help clear that up. My clones where stressed to oblivion, after I got my root system under control they are finally making a turn around. Oxygen to roots and proper heat control and you should be on the right track.

i got some huge holes on, the bottom ima transplant to smart parts soon tho

i got them under 400 Watt MH...Ima transpñant to smart pots soon, It might be the buckets and ima feed them some White shark or Rhizo , some cannazym

Just switch to soil. Much easier!

Overwatering.

From the pictures the medium is saturated. Push the time in between watering much longer, I can only guess as I don't know soil temperatures or air circulation from fans etc. However push it until top two inches of it is dry. This will probably take about 4 days estimate.

More importantly use the weight of the pot to help, put simply heavy means no water needed. Light means water me.

Yeah I recommend this for your first few grows OP, you need to get the basics like watering frequency etc right before moving to more advanced mediums.
