new plants are growing but looking poor ,need help
i done from seed in a AEROPONIC PROPAGATOR i think the plants might of got nutrients on them ! but not sure the ph was fine 6.9 iv now got them in a flood and drain, there still growing but some are looking poor.iv'e changed the wattter today flushing them out the ph his 7 and iv put no nutrients in.iv'e never had this before now .

Your ph is too high....for soil higher ph is fine but for hydroponics 5.5-6 i start mine at 5 and let it rise all the way up to 6 before i add ph down...at that size i'm usually at 200 ppm.....how many times do you flood??and do you have a ppm meter??To me it looks like they need nutes....do you notice how the smallest one looks better than the rest......but it could be the ph or other issues combined

will drop ph to 6 .i was doing the nut @ 1.2 like i was told but i changed all the water today with no nut to see if that helps.iv'e been watterring 3 times a day ,and there on veg lights cfl only got new pic i will ad.

I would lower the ph more than that or else it will get out of the desired range too fast.......what kind of water you use?????and yeah 1.2 ec is too high....

iv'd droped the ph to 5.5 and going to let it stand for 2 hour and test it again before i use it.im not going to use any nut yet just watter to flush it all out.i was told it was nut burn and to ad hepsom salts but still not sure what to do.

If you are sure it is nut burn don't sdd nothing just ph'd water.........WHEN YOU FLUSH WITH PLAIN WATER CHECK THE EC THEN AFTER A FEW WATER CYCLES CHECK IF YOUR EC RISES if it does then you have salt build up in your medium which usually occurs when you over nute you plants.....sorry bout the caps accidentally pushed caps lock and too lazy to erase....did they start looking like that after you added nutes???What kind of water do you use??????

Dont fuck around with epsom salt and nutes at such an early stage... Just give them PH'D water for a week or 2 the introduce 1/4 nutes ...
Dont love them 2 death.....

use tap watter but it not to bad hear its 7-7.2 out the tap i then drop it with ph down .the plants was looking fine untill i took them from the propogater and put them on the flood and drain , i dont get that only a few plants have this and the others are ok ? why only some !!! there growing fine even the poor one's.

Hey that was my main ? too is what type of water you use? I use tap water also and I had the same problem you really have to let the water sit for 24 hrs minimum then feed it to them. It dosent matter if it is 7.7 tap water has calcium in it and it needs to sit for 24hrs the least. Mine started to spot up with brown patches not like yours. When I didnt let the water sit.The way yours look it looks like nute burn but you said they dont have any nutes so thats my only solution let the water sit. Get another rubbermaid tub and let the water sit in there while your using your main resivor. Good luck man

They are all from seed correct.........different pheno types of the same strain can require a different nutrient regimen......it is more than likely that your tap water is contributing to the prob plus the 1.2 ec...I took a more detailed look at the pic and it definitely looks like nute burn.....some of the lower foliage is still green while the tops are yellowing which is commonly a sign of overt fertilization..........your ec should be at about .2 .3 not including your tap water..........my tap water has too many contaminents so now i use ro water....the kind you get at the water mill for like 25 cents a gallon....but is a pain in the ass to carry so I invested in a ro filter that cost 95 dollars delivered to my door........you simply change the filters once a year......just flush with ph water preferably ro water to make sure your not making things worst with your tap water......

quick question are you adding water dailey for evaporation factor I was having a similar problem untill I figured out that after about three or four days my res would be down and then the nut concentration would be to strong thus causing nute burn now that I add water dailey to the res and keep my levels the same. Problem has gone away. Something to question.

my ec is 4 flashing 6 .the watter is now 5.6 .im useing cfl veg lights so will not be heat from lights.i do not no if the ec his to high but if it is how do i get it down?.
