Plant's nodes to compact?

Hi guys, I am a little worried that my plants are to compact, there is little to no space between the nodes.

Please see two attached pics below.

They are both about 3 to 4 weeks from sprouting however have only been under "decent" lights for 2 weeks. Before that they were under a single, almost no watt, bulb .

Now, I am under the impression, from reading, that they should double in size during flowering. I am intending to veg them for another month(ish) and will be starting with nutes this weekend.

Am I just being an over caring noob or is there something to be a little worried about?

Mine were in the same place a few days ago. They're stretching a lot now though, just takes awhile. Nice to see that yours are growing into an even-ish canopy. My gals are so different I'm going to have to chop one while the other catches up.

Looks a little early to start nutes.... but you can never bacteria the nodes nodes enough that's a good thing.

Tight is right! hehe
My 6 ladies were all short and tight. Wider than they were tall at one point.
When I moved to flowering they grew from 23" to 39" in 3 weeks and are not done!

Not to mention certain strains stay compact more than others. I notice that one of my favorite strains always vegges VERY short and compact and then springs up doubling size for the flowering stretch. It all balances out thought, the plant knows what its doing man. kinda a quote from otto
