plants looking rough today? whats going on?

thought i had the plants dialed in they were lookin great last few days...now today i look at them and they look like shit?

4th week veg, turning to flower on this sunday
temps stays apprx 80
humidity 30-35%
fan on them constantly
flooding table every 8 hours for 7 minutes
had a bit of powdery mildew so i sprayed them with 1 part milk solution twice in 3 days
ph 5.8
have not flushed the resavoir yet, im going to do that tomorrow
house and garden nutes only at 30% the required strength
light was apprx 18 inches from top of plants and they are off to the side..just raised it to 24 inches...1000 watt mh bulb on 24 hours
any ideas whats going on?

How big are the pots the plants are in? Could very well just be root-bound.

6 inch rock wool blocks..i was under impression the rockwool just lets these guys explode...the rockwool is just sitting on the flood table in no pots or anything

Check and see if the roots are cramped up. If they are, then there's your problem.

Time to get a big 6x6 cube, take the wraper off of the small one your using and place it in the larger cube. Also make sure they got watered, they look wilty like maybe the pump went out or the timer didnt go off.

may not have liked the milk solution. give another 3-4 days to recover, flush res, avoid the spray in future. get 2 fans.
oh and they're not rootbound in rw with feed ,water every 8 hours.

also im starting flowering tomorrow...should i wait a few days?

yes at 50% strength grade. 1ml/20ml. once a week in the res.
