Plants Keep Herming!! WTF!

Whatsup dudes

I have no clue why but for the last 2 grows my plants have turned into hermies. They're in a 4x10 under 2000w air cooled hoods. There are no light leaks the temp is usually good they have gotten a little bit of heat stress but not too much. My first 27oz of Agent Orange was straight seed I had to chop em early. Now I have Blue Angel and some Cherry Pie that are beginning to look the same. Anyone know why? Shit sucks. I appreciate feedback.

make 10000 percent sure its not light leaks.. cuz I had that problem. left a fent open the light outside the box was open for 3 days and al the plants that werew in that light hermied on me.. and it could be the genetics too.. are they frm seed or clone?

Ill do that thanks. These are from seed. I know the blue angels are not herm seeds for sure cuz I gave some to another grower a while ago and his were good.

well if one strain hermies then that trait can be passed along to others as well and they can hermie as well if pollinated from another hermie..

so if u got ur fans on and those sacks open up your angel can get pollinated- hermied from tha other tainted hermie pollen.. if I was u id go ballsack crazy and take 15 min everyday and a pair of tweezers and pull all the male parts u see

If it was me I'd start over but I'd sterilize that tent, 9 outa 10 chances there's pollen on the walls of it from those popped sacs that are getting on your girls...so there not hermies, they're pregnant females, my opinion, just sayin' good luck though hope you find out what it is

Ive never heard of those strains, I think the breeder is the cause of this, from a dodgy seedbank. Get some different seeds from a diff breeder.

Is it a certain herm, or seeds in bud being put down to plants turning herm?

I kept getting seeds. Stripped my tent down and bleached the whole thing hard between grows, and now no longer get seeds (touch wood). I have had serious hermies since then - kosher kush from reserva - which were so obvious to make me doubt some of the previous grows I had ascribed as having gone herm. The pollen in there came from my only previous real hermie that I didn't clean up after properly.

I do see the odd banana in buds left to go a very long time, but no longer believe they are causing a problem.

Other thing is certain companies are better at breeding away from hermie tendencies. Not gonna slate bad companies - but can vouch for Sannie wholeheartedly as being one of the good guys.
