Okay so i was wondering if i start 20 seeds INSIDE by 2/10/12 Veg for 30 days 24hr light cycle then on March 10,2012 switch to 12/12 should flower in two weeks right. If so March 28,2012 would show sex. Then females keep flowering til April 28,2012 which would be 30 days flower since sign of sex IF PUT OUT SIDE MAY 1ST WOULD THEY KEEP FLOWERING TIL JUNE IN NEW YORK

im not entirely sure on this, but during the summer months we have longer days normally about 17-18 hours a day of sunlight. in that case it would confuse the plants and they may revert back to vegative growth or maybe even hermie.''worst case'' due to the stress of change of photoperiod. but as i said not entirely sure

i think it would cause them to reveg to be honest. we do 12/12 indoors but on the outside unless your on the equator or something days will never be 12/12 there is always much more light. i believe if you put them out they will reveg and finish flowering much later than june

Yeah but here middle of june the days get longer for summer hours. So they would flower for 60 days as of may 28 i was thinking pulling june 15 would total flowering at least 70 days (indica)

Depends on strains....
If you have a strain that finishes flowering in 7-9 weeks, it CAN be done.
I veg indoors from Dec 25th to Feb 29th this year (I'm calling this grow my Leap Year grow).
I then put them into a greenhouse with a 1000 watt light. Light comes on for a hour or two in the morning, then a hour or two in the evening during the first few weeks. As May approaches the light is not needed as much.
I let them go until June 1st last year (I put them out later last year) before I started harvesting the 8-9 week strains.
The Sativa's finished later (11-12 week flowering strains), and did start to show signs of re-vegging.
I live between the 37th and 38th parallels in Ca and get just under 15 hour of sunlight on June 21st. This year the Sativas should be all finished up by June 1st.
Good Luck...

I tried something similar to this last year. Started 3 plants from seeds in June. After 3 weeks I switched to 12/12. By mid July I put them outside already flowering. Only one plant actually continued to flower. The other 2 reverted back to veg and finished later than if I just would have left them alone.
