plants effected by cold can i fix them

My room was 30 degrees for about 2 days when the lights were off and not looking good is there anything i can do to help revive them other than fixing the temp problem of course they are like 3 or 4 weeks in 12 /12

Got any pics? I had the exact same problem with one of my chemdawg plants the temps got down to 20 here a few weeks ago. The leaves started curling down I fixed the temps but th damage is already done.

Are they droopy?

Some parts are a lile curled and dry or dead dont know how to post pics i use my smart phone
