Flower or Veg?

If you are in Veg then you can TOP it LST it FIM it or SUPERCROP it.

If you are in flower the only thing i would recommend is LST. Anything else can cause too much stress and put you at risk of Hermies

LST em man. You've already begun flower, so grab some yarn and duct tape. Slip knot over the top cola and slowly bed it over sideways. Duct tape it to the side of your grow container. It will work in your situation.

It is too late too top them bro if they are already flowering. You will have to spend a few hours tying them all over, don't be worried they can take a lot of stress!! just bend them all over at different angles until you get them all to the height you want. It will also help the lower buds develop as they will receive a lot more light!! good luck

The apex tip will curl back up towards the light and continue vertical growth like this

LST1.jpg

As you can see the vertical growth has began again as the plant will instinctly raise the LST'd tip back up towards the light, only now the entire plant is lower and I have let more light into the middle bud sites =) This is just a branch from one of my flowering girls but you can get an idea of what we mean by Low Stress Training the plant. You can do this to the apex (main) cola with the same/similar results.

Hope this helps

if you already know you are going to run out of vertical space, you may want to look into using bushmaster. works great at stopping vertical height, but trade off is that many say it is a bit toxic to smoke.

If you go the supercrop and LST route, you should put up a trellis to make things more efficient. I find the $5 ones from home depot work great and I just toss them when Im done.

You only use it once or twice in the first week of 12/12 so its totally gone way before you smoke anything...

looks like you're getting good advise. LST will probably be the best bet overall and help your yield at the same time
