Pics? Mine have never had this problem but some people put a stick or dowel rod down and use some twine to hold the plant up to the stick.

Sounds to me like they dont have enough light. I dont know how old they are but if they are small then the best thing to do is repot them and bury the stem deeper. Roots will grow out the side of the stem you buried and the plant will be more stable. get your lights closer.

Tie them up. Use some sort of stick or trellis netting to prop them up. Use an oscillating fan blowing on them to strengthen up the stems.

They are a week old from seed? If so just prop them up with something until they are strong enough to support themselves.

That's pretty stretched. You probably need more light or get what you have closer w/o burning them.

You need more lights, dude. Ditch those aquarium lights and get some cfls in the 6500k range if you are serious about growing. Also do your homework first and read up on what you need to do to grow BEFORE you start the seedlings. GL

You NEED better stronger lights that are closer to the plants and you needa tie em up. You can find easy shit like this by reading the millions of other posts asking the same thing. Dont be lazy
