planting outside....??

put a couple plants outside that werent doing too good inside, Oregon Grape..mmm..wish they were doing good..anyways, got the clones from a guy and think they were infested with gnats cuz they werent growing and just looked like shit after more than 1 month having them theyhardly grew..so i said fuck it, and planted them outside not really caring if they live or die...live in southern cali, the weather is warm, but this morning i noticed the leaves were white??..so i had a raised plant bed, for my real vegetables and i put them in there, dug a hole, put fox farm soil down and then covered the kids up..been about a week, already pulled one out and tossed it, the other 3 arent looking that great, not that i really care but would like to know if anybody knows why they are white??? heres a pic of one of the leafs...

goin with buds, i would flush though in case of burn its a little far into burning to tell, cal and mg burns can get really bad and look sorta similar to this. try to catch this early next time

It is not a lack of nitrogen...that makes the whole leaf yellow...it looks like poor drainage or overwatering to me...along with that there would be fungus gnat larvae damage...when you water too much it hurts the roots and brings bugs that hurt the roots more...so wherever it is let it get really really dry before you next water and it shoudl be fine and begin to grow..

yes that is what i thought, i did not water too much, i traded some clones for clones and they werent looking that good when i first got them, before i brought them into my grow room, i sprayed the hell out of them with neem oil and azamax...and sometimes i dont water them until they are almost wilting..like said, would like to see them ive but dont really care, just didnt know why it was like this..i believe it was gnats because i saw them flyin around and i never saw them before and i found dead gnats on top of my leaves..

Gnats wouldnt stop it from growing, they would kill it eventually. grab a book by ed rosenthal or jorge cervntes
