planting cup or pot

I've been growing autos for 2 years some poeple say put in cups some poeple say go from sprout right to final home (big pot) I've done both opinions plz

If you've done both then which ones did best?

Didn't notice difference

I would say to use the final container, just be careful because it is easy to over water in those.

I am new at growing weed, but have worked in landscaping for yrs. nurseries are always repotting per plant size. But I believe that transplanting once is better for the plant. A plant has some stress every time it is transplanted, taking up to a couple wks to come out of it. However as BBbubblegum said, it's easy to over water in a large pot.
