Plant wont flower

I have 5 feminized plants under a 400W system in a grow tent. I'm using fox-farm soil, Jamaican bat guano, and fox-farms grow big - tiger bloom - big bloom. They have been through hell since the beginning. I let the paper towel get to dry during the germination phase and 7 seeds died while only these 5 survived. Then I had to relocate them and i wasn't able to water them to often. That stunted them for a while. All 5 showed their pistols so I cut the lights back to 12/12 and it was like that for a few days till i accidentally switch it to manual mode where the lights were on 24/0 for a week. then i adjusted it back to its 12/12 phase. Since then they haven't showed any more pistols and only grow taller and bushier. But no buds have started and they have barley showed pistols. Any ideas on how long they will take to come out of shock or if i need to use additional nutes? this is my 5th grow but im learning.

EDIT: I do have foxfarms cha ching but i havent had a chance to apply it.

i did this a couple years back with my first grow ever. it is gonna probably go hermi on you :sad::-(

what you have done is stress the hell out of them ...this yo yo thing has gotten them all fucked up ...

ok how long have you been back on 12/12? if its been only a day or so you could put the whole thing back on 18/6 for a month and let them reset and get stronger and bigger then flip em back again..but you will have to let em veg for at least a month to recover. fully maybe even 6 weeks..

i put some in flowering and then i had a water issue which made mine sick so i put then back in veg for a few weeks until they got healthy again but they were stunted and the yield was about half of what i would expect..

or just keep them ion 12/12 and they will start to flower in about 2 weeks from the last day of 24/0..

stop fucking with the lights bro... lol

there is indeed a huge risk of herms with all this light stress.. keep a close eye for balls..

they been in 12/12 for almost 2 weeks now.. i did notice that the pistols were a little bigger and a few more but not near as big or many as if they hadnt been stressed.. i figured it was the stressing or maybe a ph problem... Im going to leave them on 12/12 till they recover and just hope for the best.. i didnt mean to fuck them up but i had to relocate them which threw my whole game plan off... what are some possible reasons they might not flower besides due to stress.. i figured it was stress but i want to eleminate all possibilities... thanks people

Thanks bluefish but I dont think thats the problem. They are in a really light proof tent and then inside a dark closet.. thanks
