Plant topped ITSELF 5 weeks into flowering??!!

Okay, so my plant in question was topped once when it was a young veggling, and then grew out fine into 2 main colas, but the top of EACH cola has now split into 2 with new growth and buds, even though its 5 weeks into flowering and already has a nice main cola grown...

Why has it done this, stress, or radioactive mutation?

Im trying to get pics up but its not letting me right now..

I had a plant that did the exzact same thing, just started growing 2 main branchs after the 3 blade leaf mark. It was under some stress but I think its just mutation. Needless to say it turned out male...

Took me over a month to get pics up but at least I did...

not sure about that but it looks like you got a lil heat stress
