Plant questions

so i have 2 plants from seed in soil....one is doing magnificently and the other not so much...they were givin to me by a friend around 2 weeks old and they were both in the same pot...i was concerned about this and transplanted them into separate pots....the one i never moved is doing great...the one i moved stayed still for a while not doing much then the leafs began to grow necrotic dead patches all around the leaf not anywhere specific then the two bigges ones curled and dried up leaveing the growth shoot un affected though and the leafs have began to perk up no and seems to be doing alright..also ive been wondering if the food i usually feed my plants with to bud is just a bloom juice and i use the same amount through out the cycle should i be switching the amount of nutes i put in the water throughtout the bud cycle or am i ok...also my PH has been coming up above 8.o before nutes then under4.0 with nutes and its like different everytime i test it...should i go off the water with nutes to adjust or runoff or what very mixed info

you shouldnt be using bloom juice if its in vegetative state, you need veg formula, switch to bloom formula once you use a 12/12 light regimen.

yeah i know that its just i just cropped my previous plant and its curing (hung dry for a while now in jars) and it smells good its just a dark green..a buddy told me it was the food...is the distinguishing factor in light green or dark the food? or is it more conditions or strain
