Plant problems (with pics)

Hello today i checked the runoff of my plants that are in 4 weeks veg so far. They look okey but some of them look sad. My soil got a ph of 6.0 i have added dolomit. How is it possible that the runoff goes on 5.6 when i havent even added any nutes yet. And phing the water to 6.5. Logic it should go the other way and not being more acidic not yet. Please help me / flodas

1: Soil is 6.0
2: no nutes yet
3: added dolomite lime 4 weeks before i poted it so its active

/ Edit iam growing basil tomatoes parcil lavendel and the strain critical and they all look fine.

Humidity 55-70 %
Temp 25 to 28 C

Peat moss based soil.

When you say you added dolomite. Top dress or was it mixed into the soil before filling up the pots?

Go higher. PH the water to 7.0.
