Plant Problems Please help may lose some girls!!!

First post, so here it goes. I have a problem with my plants which has really stunned the growth of my plants.
One plant was perfectly fine, green and vibrate, and out of nowhere it is completely drooped to the ground. Another one the leaves and new growth are distorted, light green and blotchy. Then some other plants droop, and the older leaves turn yellow this has happened to three of my plants. I have never checked the Ph, and i've read some places to absorb certain nutes the ph level has to be on par. So I'm not sure what happening but advice some the more experienced growers would be much appreciated.

Can you get any pics with the grow light off? It's hard to see detail. Also, close-ups would be nice. WELCOME TO RIU

-UncleReemis- My light cycle goes off in an 1hr I'll take and send pics then. And Thank You!
-Fangule- I have a 1000w hps 26 inch away with a 6" cooltube running a 6" 247 fan, leading to duct that is 4" that runs out of the grow room

How old are they ? Looks like overwatering. I believe 3 feet is for seedlings @ first for 1000 HPS.

Moved the light to 36 in, gave each plant about 2 cups of water evenly distributed throughout the top soil. Getting pictures soon. Also where is the best place to put a thermometer i usually just place in the pot of a plant

They are fucked now. Next time dont use a 1000w for seedlings. The light intensity and heat has stressed them to death.
