Plant problems please help have pics

Plant in pic about a month old,when the very top leaves started to grow they were yellow In places but the older leaves just started doing that in the last couple days but they had had very little yellow before that just at the tip but other then that they been fine.

Light is 400 watts
Light cycle - 24hours on
Fan always on
Growing in a 3FL-2FW-5FT grow tent
I water almost every day with bottled water when ever soil looks dry

Really hard to see anything from those pics

What's your soil? Have you checked your water and soil ph?

the soil is regular potting soil
No I can't check the ph yet I need a tester I won't be able to get one through for a couple days

The only food I got right now is miracle grow but I've not feed any in like 2 weeks or more but when I did feed it I made sure not to over feed I only gave em a sprinkle

What is "regular potting soil"? Does it have time release fertilizers in it? It looks like it has big clumps of clay. Whatever it is, your plant does not appear to like it.
