excess (N) so look for curling fan leaves

It’s in organic fox farms soil inside under t5s and cfls so it doesn’t produce much heat on the plants , the temp is 73 and humidity 60, it’s bag seed and I misted water on it about a week or two ago but not recently

I mixed the nutrients in my kitchen far away from the plants and Was such a small amount of nutes. I know I didn’t dribble anything on the leaves
then it may be some variegation. the leaves feel different in that area than others because that area is not photosynthesizing.
I'd pull that leaf off before any of the others get any big ideas
